All Food Sales Are Final
Because Stav’s Souvlaki is an edible product, we do not accept physical returns.

Order Issues (5-Day Window)
If your jar arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at stavssouvlaki@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the packaging and the issue

Once verified, we’ll quickly ship a free replacement or refund your purchase (your choice).
Items reported after 5 days, or without photo evidence, are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items
All food products, sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t seen the credit after 15 business days, contact us at the email above.
