Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Stav’s Souvlaki. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the destination. In general, domestic orders usually arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, though actual delivery times may vary.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible at stavssouvlaki@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also reach out to us at stavssouvlaki@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at stavssouvlaki@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
