Ordered this with trepidation because sometimes you just can’t trust the reviews. Am I glad I did, i cut up a pork tenderloin into 1” cubes, put them in a ziplock bag and sprinkled them liberally with Stav’s Souvlaki and massaged it in. I also added about a tablespoon of lemon juice, just because!! I let them marinate all day, and then just fried them in a hot pan just enough to color all sides, I did not want the pork to be well done. I served the pork on wraps with thinly sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, lettuce and Tzatziki sauce, they were delicious!! This seasoning blend is simply delicious, now I have to try the others!
